Australian Digital Testing Pty Limited (“ADT”) is committed to protecting your privacy.

ADT will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

All information gathered by ADT will be stored securely.

ADT respects your right to access personal information we have collected about you at any time and make any changes you deem appropriate.

The information ADT collects about the television reception in your building and about your attitude to digital television will only be used for research purposes. Findings from the research will be reported in aggregate form to the Department of Broadband Communications and Digital Economy of the Australian Government. Personally identifiable information about individual responses will not be reported unless by consent.

ADT accepts your right to opt out of any consumer research ADT has/is conducting at any time.

Occasionally, ADT will send you e-mail communications to provide information which we think you will find useful, including information about improving digital television reception in multi unit buildings. It is our policy to only send e-mail to participants in this research project who give us permission to do so. In every such e-mail, we will have instructions on how you may unsubscribe from the e-mail list.
We track traffic patterns throughout the ADT website site. ADT may use a feature of your browser called a 'cookie' to assign a 'user ID'. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to find out your identity or the identities of any of our users - they only identify your computer to our servers when you visit our site.

If ADT should decide to change its privacy policy, we will advise you via e-mail and/or the ADT website.
